febooti fileTweak is a tool for all versions of Microsoft Windows (95/ 98/ Me/ NT/ 2000/ XP) which allows you to change file attributes directly in Windows file property pages.
All file attributes included (Read-only, Archive, Hidden, System, Temporary, Offline, Not content indexed, Encrypted, Compressed, Reparse point and Sparse). Also files date and time can be changed (modified date, creation date, and last accessed date), view file contents, view file description. And, of course, you can process tree of subfolders.
