is a handy tool for determining hours worked from time card data. It is a
time clock hours converter and calculator. Data can be 24 or 12 hour
formats. Both daily and weekly overtime limits can be set. High and low
warning levels can be set for each clock in/out period. Input times can be
set to either hours and minutes or decimal hours. Daily and weekly regular
and overtime hours are displayed as data is entered. Three weeks of data
entry. Prints employee name, dates, data entered and calculated results.
Outputs date, filtered history in pdf, xls and csv formats. If a warning
level is violated, the time period is painted yellow is included in the
totals. If an unacceptable time period is entered, the period is painted
red and is NOT included in the totals. |

Time Clock Software:

Data is manually
entered from a printed time card in any of the following
formats: 12 Hour clock in hours and minutes; 12 Hour clock
in hours and decimal fractions of hours; 24 Hour clock in
hours and minutes; 24 Hour clock in hours and decimal
fractions of hours.

The "First
Day" of the work week is selectable. Set it to
any of the days of the week, Sunday through Saturday.

Up to three
weeks of input are available to handle weekly, bi-weekly and
semi-monthly payrolls.

managed by opening the time card image in the free Adobe
Reader
- Calculate the hours worked
from transcribed time card data (Manually entered).
- Calculate regular and overtime
hours based on both daily and weekly limits.
- Since work weeks start on
different days for different employers, departments and
situations, the first day displayed on the time card can be
selected.
- Results are displayed on both
a daily and total pay period basis.
- The program screen size and
position are adjustable to conveniently fit your screen and
application and all settings are saved and reused the next
time the program is started.
